VIRTUAL DROP-IN: PAPER MACHE BOWLS
Thursday | October 21 | 2-3pm PT
Thursday | October 28 | 2-3pm PT
All ages and skill levels
In this two-part class, participants will be making a beautiful decorative bowl (or bowls of varied sizes) out of paper maché. During the first workshop, participants will create a bowl shape using papier maché technique. Depending on each participants' individual pace of work, participants might be able to create one or multiple pieces during one hour's session. Once the paper maché is dry, participants will paint and decorate the bowl during the second workshop.
Bowls can be painted however you’d like - simple and elegant, colorful and whimsical, monochromatic or patterned. The completed bowls are a perfect catch-all to place jewelry, snacks, keys...whatever your heart desires. Participants will end up with a sense of accomplishment, a reminder of the power of your own creativity, and a lovely and useful work of art.
Note: This project is held over two sessions on Thur October 21 and Thur October 28 at 2-3pm PT.
